Raised in East Tennessee near the Great Smoky Mountains, Chef Jared brings true Southern BBQ roots to Lake Nona. Classically trained in French technique and shaped by more than 20 years in Michelin-starred kitchens, his approach to barbecue is simple. Bold flavor. High standards. No shortcuts.
After working at world-renowned restaurants like The French Laundry, Alinea, and The Restaurant at Meadowood, and serving as Specialty Chef at The Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, Chef Jared returned to what he loves most. Fire-driven food and unforgettable experiences.
