Most importantly, if it is your first time at the park, you must bring your ID to verify your waiver.
Return visitors are required to check in each visit. ID may be checked.
In addition, a bathing suit, hat, sunscreen, and a towel are all great items to bring. Water shoes are an option as well.

A session is how long the duration of your activity is. Adventure Park sessions start at the top of every hour and last 45 minutes, with a 15 minute transition and safety break between each session.

We do not allow any outside food or beverages, but our on-site cafe Splashes Bistro offers plenty of options for the whole family!
If a birthday party brings in any outside food, it will be a $5 per person fee for anyone attending the party (participating AND non-participating guests.)

Water Activities
All water participants must have basic swimming ability. We have activities for ages 5 and up.
Tot Town
Our bouncy castles have a minimum children’s height of 3’.
Aqua Park
Participants must be 5 years old. Children under 7 years may participate provided an adult parent or guardian 18+ remains with them on the aqua park at all times.
Climbing Tower
Our lower level “Kid’s Course” is suitable for children ages 3-8 years old. To enjoy levels 1, 2 and 3, participants must be 4’7” tall and weigh less than 260 pounds.
Wake Nona Cable Park
Participants must be 5 years old. Minimum age is 10, unless the rider is already experienced on the cable or has gone through our learn to ride program or kid’s clinic. Riders under 10 must have guardian and park approval to ride.

Yes! We have a “Get Up Guarantee” for the cable park. We also offer beginner wakeboard clinics and slower speeds on the cable so you have the opportunity to practice at your pace!
We even have a couple beginner equipment options for including kneeboards and ZUP Boards.

Yes - Children 7 and older are able to participate without an adult (provided they meet the height and weight requirements), with a waiver form signed by a parent.
Parents with tickets can also accompany younger children on water park activities.
Spectators at the Wake Nona (cable park) do not need a ticket.
However, to spectate within the adventure park gate (by the aqua park, playground, and climbing tower) you may need to purchase an adventure park ticket. Please check our current offerings for more details. -
Yes. We are a pet friendly park. Please clean up after your pet and keep him/her on a leash.

Yes. We have certified life guards on duty at all times for our Aqua Park attraction. Other attractions may or may not have lifeguard supervision. Please supervise your children at all times.

We have changing rooms, bathrooms, as well as two outdoor showers.

Yes, we do have a beach area as well as a beautiful outdoor lakeside view that will greet you from our seating areas and our bistro!

Regular shoes are not allowed on the Aqua Park, but water/aqua shoes are permitted.
Closed toed shoes or crocs with the safety strap enabled are required on the climbing tower.

Helmets and coast guard approved (CGA) life jackets are required on the cable park. You can bring your own, or we have rentals available. Comp vests are not allowed.
Life jackets are required and provided to water activity participants.

Glasss should be deignated “Sports Glasses” in order to be usedwhile participating in activities at Nona Adventure Park.
We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged while participating in our activities.

At Nona Adventure Park, the safety of our guests is our top priority. We operate in all safe weather conditions and are committed to ensuring a fun and secure experience for everyone.
Weather Interruptions:
In the event of extreme winds or nearby lightning, certain park activities may be temporarily paused for safety. Our team continuously monitors weather conditions in real-time.Reopening Procedure:
Attractions and rides will reopen as soon as conditions are deemed safe by our team. Updates will be communicated on-site and via our front desk. -
Closed toe laced sneakers are REQUIRED and on the climbing tower.

Nona Adventure Park is an outdoor venue, and all park activities are subject to weather conditions. By purchasing admission, rentals, or event bookings, guests acknowledge and accept that outdoor operations may be temporarily interrupted or suspended due to inclement weather, including but not limited to lightning, high winds, heavy rain, or early park closure.
General Policy
As a general rule, Nona Adventure Park does not issue refunds for weather-related interruptions. However, for out-of-town guests, we offer the following structured exception:
Full Refund: If the park is closed all day due to weather and no activities are available, guests will receive a full refund.
50% Refund: If weather results in less than 50% of the guest's scheduled activity time being available, a 50% refund may be issued.
No Refund or Rain Check: If a guest chooses to leave before the midpoint of their scheduled visit, while the park remains open and is actively monitoring conditions to resume operations, no refund or rain check will be issued.
We encourage all guests to remain on-site during temporary weather holds. Most interruptions are short-term, and our team is committed to resuming activities as soon as it is safe to do so. Leaving early does not entitle a guest to compensation unless the park is officially closed for the remainder of the day.
To qualify for this exception, guests must:
- Notify us at the time of booking that they are visiting from outside the local area.
- Submit any refund request within 48 hours of their scheduled visit.
Rain Checks
Rain checks may be issued in other situations at the discretion of park management, subject to the following:
Before Session Begins: If weather forces a closure before the start of a session, a rain check may be granted.
Partial Session: If only part of a session is completed, a rain check may be considered.
Majority of Session Completed: If most or all of a session has been delivered, no rain check or refund will be provided.
Rain Checks:
- Are valid for 90 days
- Are non-transferable
- Must be redeemed in person
Refund Processing
Any refund expressly approved by management will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
This policy is designed to ensure fairness for guests while allowing the park to manage the unique operational demands of weather-sensitive programming.We appreciate your understanding and encourage all guests to plan accordingly when booking outdoor experiences.
