FAQs

  • We are delighted to offer our members exclusive Wake Nona cable access everyday from 8:00AM - 10:00AM (member’s choice speed). Begins May 1st.

  • Yes! As of 1/23/26, we offer physical membership cards you can use to verify your identity and benefits. To receive a membership card, you must present valid photo ID and/or staff verification with an on file photo. You may still need to present your membership number or photo ID to us in some scenarios.

  • Advance Reservations may be required to access attractions in 2026. We will provide more info in the future.

  • 2026 Memberships are now available! Please check out our memberships page for in-depth information.

  • Please stay tuned for more details on our next Members Night. Expect member exclusive cable usage, and other perks.

  • Monthly memberships: You can manage your membership online from your online account by going to shop.nonaadventurepark.com and logging in with your phone number or email. Select your membership and click manage.

    Seasonal OR All-seasons members: Please see us at the park or email Walker Wyatt at wwyatt@nonaadventurepark.com

  • Currently, to redeem Buddy Pass or Learn to Ride voucher benefits, you must be present at Nona Adventure Park and have valid benefits to redeem.

  • Nona Adventure Park can temporarily close due to weather, private buyouts, or other unforseen circumstances. To help better communicate the status of the park, we will be launching a Facebook & Instagram Broadcast channel where we will post updates (example: Down for Lightning, Closed on Jan 31st for Private Event, etc.). Please stay tuned for more info at a later date.
